    Sequence registry

One chosen arrangement rules its transport time.

A carrier can always sound as itself. The registry gives each score or playlist one bounded transport contract: which carrier comes next, where a scored span sits, which transitions are authored, and where an unresolved gap must be acknowledged. Changing playlists changes the route without rewriting or imprisoning the underlying files. That is what file-agnostic means here.

Registration is not admission. Admission is not publication. Each is a separate act with its own signature.

    Standing invariants
    Two-Clock Doctrine
score_time is canonical and belongs to the work. carrier_time is local and belongs to whichever file is currently bound. No surface may equate them without a recorded parity check — a stitched master and seven separate stems must produce the same score clock or the mismatch is the finding.
    Authored Hold
At an unresolved boundary — an unadmitted transition, a missing carrier — the transport freezes artistic time and keeps the witness and O4 systems running. It never auto-continues. Crossing requires an acknowledged, explicit cut.
    Milestones are authored
The 19 load-bearing moments are compositionally sourced. None is inferred from the waveform, and none may be regenerated by analysis.
    v1 is overlap-free
Where Act I appears to overlap, that is renderer residue — visual only. The manifest declares no authored-overlap audio contract and performs no gain automation.
    One transport-time authority
The manifest rules. The carrier reports. A file's own duration is evidence, never a verdict.

Act II — review topology, one candidate carrier

Five movement identities and four internal hinges are named. The threshold out of the Act I Scherzo is declared and heldrather than assumed. Armor Bearer now has a pinned candidate carrier; the other identities remain held without fabricated zero-length ranges.

A movement may arrive out of order. It binds at the node it actually is; the nodes before it stay pending, and the boundary into it stays an authored hold that only an acknowledged explicit cut can cross. Nothing is reordered to make the delivery look complete.

Carrier audition is independent of playlist placement. No ordering, transition, or merge decision is admitted by this review document — including whether Armor Bearer remains an extension of Battlements.

    Public scores and playlists

A public playlist is an ordered way through independently held carriers; it is not an ownership claim over those carriers. Private and unlisted arrangements remain in the authenticated Homeskillet and Architect rooms.
