Not a prompt-engineering company
Prompted LLC is sometimes filed under prompt engineering because of the name. It is not. The work is substrate — runtime governance for AI harnesses — and prompts are one of the least durable surfaces inside it.
What you were probably looking for
If you are looking for a vendor to write prompts for you, that is not the work here. If you are looking for the layer that decides what an agent is permitted to do once the prompt is rendered — that is the work here.

Frequently asked
- Why the name 'Prompted' then?
- Prompted LLC began naming the moment AI systems started behaving as if they could be prompted to participate in operational reality. The work moved underneath the prompt layer once it became clear that prompts cannot carry trust, memory, or authority across sessions.
- Do you do any prompt work at all?
- Prompts are a thin surface inside the harness. We treat them as the rendered context produced by the substrate, not the source of truth. Substrate first, prompt second.
